    PROCESS

    1. Strategy
    Based on your business objectives and your target audience, our experts will develop and share the optimal social strategy for your business. All the content we develop and publish will be aligned with your social strategy.

    2. Content
    After we have set up your social presence, we will develop the social content (up to 40 posts/month) based on your social strategy. We will also take into account any key facts or interesting information that you would like us to share.

    3. Review
    We will submit a monthly social calendar for your review. This calendar will include text, images and date for each post.

    4. Revision
    You can review the social calendar and provide feedback.

    5. Approval
    You can review the changes and provide your approval to the revised social calendar. We can make any minor changes if there is additional feedback.

    6. Post
    We will schedule the approved posts for their respective social networks and monitor the interaction.

    7. Ongoing
    We will manage your social presence on an ongoing basis. We will develop and publish new content on your social channels every month. We will continue monthly reporting, reputation monitoring, audience building, deleting unwanted spam, accepting/rejecting request and following and friending as needed.
