Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the StrategyVP.com Web application or services. StrategyVP.com agrees to provide to you, the Service Recipient the nonexclusive and nontransferable right to use the StrategyVP.com web application and data, and the Service Recipient subscribes to such services in accordance with this Agreement.

  1. Term
    1. This Agreement shall be effective from the date it is accepted by StrategyVP.com until terminated by the Service Recipient. The Service Recipient has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time during or after the trial period.
    2. StrategyVP.com shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time immediately upon written notice to the Service Recipient if the Service Recipient breaches any of the provisions of this Agreement.
  2. Charges
    1. The Service Recipient agrees to pay StrategyVP.com the monthly subscription fee of $25 per month on a month to month bases.
    2. If the Service Recipient terminates service before a month ends, StrategyVP.com will not reimburse the portion of the used fees.
  3. Warranties and Limitations of Liabilities
    1. StrategyVP.com makes no warranty as to results to be attained by the service recipient or others from the use of the services and there are no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use.
    2. StrategyVP.com shall have no responsibility or liability, contingent or otherwise, for any injury or damages, whether caused by the negligence of StrategyVP.com or any of its employees, arising in connection with the services rendered under this Agreement and shall not be liable for any lost profits, losses, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any claim against the Service Recipient by any other party.
  4. Scope of Services
    1. The information included in the Services shall not be re-circulated, redistributed or published by the Service Recipient except for internal purposes without the prior written consent of StrategyVP.com.
    2. StrategyVP.com shall have no responsibility or liability, contingent or otherwise, for any injury or damages, whether caused by the negligence of StrategyVP.com or any of its employees, arising in connection with the services rendered under this Agreement and shall not be liable for any lost profits, losses, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any claim against the Service Recipient by any other party.
  5. Scope of Services
    1. The information included in the Services shall not be re-circulated, redistributed or published by the Service Recipient except for internal purposes without the prior written consent of StrategyVP.com.
    2. The Service Recipient acknowledges and agrees that that only a maximum of one user is authorized to access the online account throughout the Term.
  6. Survival
    1. Paragraphs 3 and 4 hereof shall survive the termination of this Agreement and shall continue in full force and effect.
    2. Terms and conditions can change at anytime, so please check often for the most current terms and conditions.
  7. Privacy
    1. As is true of most Web sites, we automatically gather information about your computer such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system.We use this information to

      • Administer your account

      • Improve accuracy of the decision engine
    2. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
